Founded in 2015, Armis will be purchased by Incite Capital for a sum close to $1 billion. Armis specializes in developing security for IoT (Internet of Things). The company has raised $155 million to date, including $65 million in a recent round. Investors in Armis include: Bain Capital Ventures, Cerca Partners, Sequoia, Insight Partners, Michael Boodaei, Zohar Zisapel, and Google. According to reports, Incite Capital will buy the shares of almost all the earlier investors, except for the shares belonging to Google, who plans to remain as a shareholder in the company. The two founders of Armis, Yevgeny Dibrov, Nadir Izrael will remain as managers of the company.
