Although Teva has not admitted any wrongdoing, it has agreed to pay a fine of $85 million to settle all outstanding claims against by the State.&nbsp; In the statement, Teva&nbsp;declared&nbsp;the company has not contributed to the Opioid crisis in Oklahoma, in any way.&nbsp; Teva faces additional&nbsp;lawsuits&nbsp;in other venues \u2014 the biggest&nbsp;of which is&nbsp;a federal case taking place in Ohio.&nbsp;The settlement&nbsp;was announced by Teva on the Sunday of Memorial&nbsp;Day&nbsp;weekend, a time certain to receive minimal attention.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Teva Pharmaceutical has entered into a settlement with the State of Oklahoma over the company&#8217;s marketing of Opioid drugs.
