The device projects a three-dimensional image of the patient&#8217;s spine, with precision and depth depiction. The surgeon ostensibly &#8220;sees&#8221; through the patient&#8217;s skin and tissues as he looks at the operated area, and can thus accurately navigate the medical tools and implants during the surgery.
