The transaction amount was not disclosed, but market insiders estimate it to be between $40-50 million. Both companies operate in the field of application development security. Enso, a relatively young company established in 2020 by Roy Erlich (CEO), Chen Gour Arie (Chief Architect), and Barak Tawily (CTO), had raised around $10 million, partly through a SAFE deal. All three founders are former employees of Wix.
