
Human Xtensions, which has developed robotic devices to serve as assistants in non-invasive surgery, is in the midst of its fourth funding round, at a value of $140 million. The lead investor in the latest round is Pesagot Investments, which is set to invest $9 million. This brings the total investments raised by Human Xtensions to $37 million, to date. The new investment is slated to be used primarily to finance the implementation of the company’s exclusive distribution agreement with B-Braun, one of the largest medical instrument suppliers in Europe.Â
