The unemployment rate in Israel is once again at its historically lowest rate — 3.7%. The rate, which had gone up to 4.1% in July, and dropped back to 3.8% in August, went down to 3.7% in September. The only negative data is the fact that 2.5% of the employees claim they have been forced, against their will, to work only part-time.
